He graduated from Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, and remained there for residency and fellowship, where he did extensive training in substance use and comorbid psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Halpern has worked as a consult-liaison psychiatrist for Main Line Health, and has run an adolescent unit at Belmont Behavioral Hospital. He is excited to join the New Horizons team!
